We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across our restaurants, bars, lounge, in‑room dining, and conference & events. If you thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and love creating exceptional guest experiences, this is your next step.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, motivate and train FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee multiple outlets and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage rosters, labour costs, stock control, and cash‑up procedures
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and promote a guest‑first culture
  • Maintain SOPs, analyse business performance and identify improvements
  • Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless service
What You Bring
  • Strong experience across a la carte, buffet, banquet and events service
  • Excellent wine & beverage knowledge
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, train, and develop staff
  • Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and POS systems
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver service excellence
