As a Reservations Team Member, you will be part of our Reservations team in a back of house office-based role within our Sales & Marketing department. The role combines administration, email queries, online bookings, group bookings and in-bound telephone reservations. The successful candidate must be a customer service superstar with excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
An understanding of Reservations or Hotel Booking Systems would be an advantage and the successful candidate must have weekend availability

Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing efficiently and politely with all telephone, email and internet enquiries
- Ensuring that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and they are input accurately and promptly
- Maximising revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every opportunity to up-sell, including promoting premium bookings and rebooks
- Entering private and group bookings, group rooming lists and creating invoices
- Effectively communicating with group organisers and private guests in a timely fashion via email and telephone
- Undertaking general administration duties within the department
- Handling payments and ensuring all bookings are paid in full prior to arrival
- Maintaining an excellent understanding of the additional services/products available at TLH Leisure Resort

This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, requiring some weekend availability.
