Commis Chef

Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for a Commis Chef to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is available to work 30 hours per week.

• Preparing and presenting elements of our dishes – You will create excellent culinary and visual experiences for our guests. Experience working as a Commis Chef or Prep Chef within a similar environment is essential.
• Ensuring our kitchen environment is safe and organised – You will work with our team of chefs to maintain a safe environment for everyone. Working towards or already having qualifications within a culinary course is beneficial.
• Working within a team – You will work closely with all levels of chefs and be expected to help each other out when needed. Clear communication and being a team player is essential.

• Financial security – £13.90 per hour, guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, paid holidays and enhanced sick pay. Tronc paid monthly.
