Vehicle Technician

Our client, a reputable main dealership in Torquay, Devon, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to develop their career within a high-standard environment working on both cars and light vans.

• Competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of approximately £42,000 including bonuses
• Monday to Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota, supporting a good work-life balance

• Carry out routine repairs and diagnostics on cars and light vans
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Complete job cards accurately and efficiently in line with dealership procedures
• Maintain workshop standards and adhere to health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership setting
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality results
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
