Senior Accounting Manager

As a Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance and Accounting team. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies and procedures for major transaction cycles, supervising accounting personnel, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $130,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting for primary business activities.
• Assist the CFO with corporate accounting functions and oversight of subsidiaries and related entities.
• Utilize Yardi Breeze accounting software and banking portal capabilities effectively.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years of audit supervisor or manager experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in audit and small/mid-market client consulting services.
• Thorough understanding of Yardi Breeze accounting software
