Our Audit team is seeking a Senior Manager, Audit with strong commercial audit experience in public accounting. As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work onsite at our Torrance office while helping shape our presence in this growing market.

• Lead the delivery of comprehensive audit and assurance services to a diverse client portfolio, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary engagement contact.
• Develop and implement audit strategies that align with client goals and industry requirements.
• Oversee the execution of audit engagements, reviewing audit work and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of audit professionals while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Identify opportunities for expanding audit services and participate in business development and networking activities to support growth.
• Evaluate and address audit‑related risks and ensure compliance with firm policies, laws, and professional standards.

• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising and mentoring audit teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and commercial audit practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA licensure required.
• 6+ years of commercial audit experience in public accounting.
