VP of Accounting

Alliance Resource Group is partnering with a top-tier VC-backed, high-growth advanced defense manufacturing company on a newly active VP of Accounting search.

The VP of Accounting will own and scale the accounting function, build and develop a high-performing team, and bring structure, rigor, and public-company-caliber discipline to a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This leader will partner closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to support growth, improve controls, and drive operational and financial visibility.

• Building and leading a scalable accounting organization
• Strengthening month-end close, reporting, controls, and audit readiness
• Supporting a complex manufacturing environment, including inventory, cost accounting, and operational accounting
• Partnering on treasury, cash management, working capital, and financial controls
• Improving systems, processes, and accounting infrastructure as the company scales
• Establishing the rigor needed for future public-company readiness
