Responsibilities- Review financial closings for a regional portfolio of Japanese corporate clients.
- Provide strategic financial analysis, cash flow reviews, and advisory reports to client executives.
- Reconcile complex general ledger accounts, multi-currency balances, and bank statements monthly.
- Interpret tax updates and corporate financial reporting changes to guide client business strategies.
- 5+ years of corporate accounting, public accounting, or financial consulting experience.
- U.S. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license or equivalent senior level accounting experience.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Quick Books and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Deep working knowledge of both U.S. GAAP and Japanese accounting frameworks.
- Business-level English language proficiency for corporate financial reporting.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency for executive client advisory services.
