Global Controller

The Global Controller manages Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable teams across the US, EMEA, and India, maintains robust financial controls, and drives continuous process improvement. This on‑site role reports to the CFO and supports global business needs.

• Oversee global reporting and consolidations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles.
• Support the CFO in analytics reporting and business support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance a strong SOX control environment, leading compliance activities for local and management reporting.
• Work closely with FP&A and Cost Accounting teams to provide accurate financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Partner with IT for system enhancements and application integrations.
• Ensure seamless integration of back‑office activities from bolt‑on acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 14+ years experience (or Master’s/Doctoral with 12+ years experience) and 4+ years managing people.
• Strong technical accounting skills and financially controlling experience.
• Strong ERP systems experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in a global environment with knowledge of non‑US regulations.

• CPA preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or Hyperion Enterprise systems.
• Experience in a large multinational or publicly traded organization with manufacturing operations.

• Ability to travel—20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

The annual salary range is $160,000 – $220,000. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
