We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, proactive, and resourceful Finance & Operations Associate to support the company’s financial operations, business administration, and strategic execution.

This is not a traditional accounting‑only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, improving systems, and helping a growing company operate efficiently.

This role will work closely with the executive leadership team and offers strong long‑term growth potential within the company.

Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Support
  • Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping and financial records
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Track company expenses, income, and assets
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and records
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and related financial reports
  • Coordinate with external CPA/accounting firms for tax filings and compliance
  • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and operational reporting
  • Help improve internal financial systems and workflows
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Support daily business operations and cross‑functional coordination
  • Research and source vendors, consultants, attorneys, HR resources, and business partners
  • Assist with project coordination and operational follow‑up
  • Help organize company documents, systems, and internal processes
  • Research industry events, conferences, and learning opportunities related to marketing, AI, business strategy, and operations
  • Assist executive leadership with business support and operational tasks
  • Help improve operational efficiency using technology and AI tools
Strategic & Growth Support
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and organization
  • Assist in implementing scalable operational systems
  • Support special projects and company initiatives
  • Contribute to building a high‑performance operational culture
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, business operations, or administrative operations
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Experience handling AP/AR, expense tracking, and financial record management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Professional, trustworthy, and highly responsible
Preferred
  • Experience with Quick Books, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or fast‑growing business environment
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation
  • Interest in operations, business strategy, and process improvement
  • CPA track or future CPA interest is a plus
