CAS Manager - Mid-size CPA Firm + Life Balance

5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably in Client Accounting Services (CAS) and Advisory Services. Proven experience managing client relationships while overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting engagements. Leadership experience, including reviewing work, mentoring staff, and managing multiple client engagements in a fast-paced CPA firm environment.

• Manage client relationships and expectations across engagements.
• Oversee financial reporting processes, month-end close, and accounting engagements.
• Mentor and develop staff; provide supervision and guidance for multiple client engagements.

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS) and Advisory Services is preferred.
• Leadership experience, including reviewing work and coordinating teams in a fast-paced CPA firm environment.
