Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking an organized, driven, and detail-oriented professional who is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. We are looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term career with our firm and growing alongside our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Torrance, CA, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 60+ personal injury cases at various stages.
  • Open insurance claims and prepare/send letters of representation.
  • Obtain and organize evidence, including traffic collision reports, police reports, photographs, and related documentation.
  • Request, collect, and maintain medical records and billing statements.
  • Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Scan, save, and maintain case-related documents, correspondence, and mail.
  • Supervise and support the Case Manager Assistant.
  • Assist the Intake Specialist as needed with evaluating potential cases and onboarding new clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation procedures and insurance claims handling.
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Experience obtaining medical records, bills, and supporting case documentation.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
