ABOUT

THE ROLE

Norman Design Group is seeking a high-performing administrative professional who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with precision, professionalism, and discretion.

The right person is equally comfortable managing details, solving problems, coordinating multiple moving parts, and helping create an exceptional experience for both our internal team and our high-end clientele.

Above all, we value someone who brings humility, professionalism, discretion, initiative, and a true team-first mentality—someone who takes genuine pride in supporting excellence.
