ABOUTTHE ROLE
Norman Design Group is seeking a high-performing administrative professional who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, highly accountable, and naturally driven to anticipate needs rather than simply respond to tasks. Our ideal candidate is a hard worker with a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and a genuine desire to become an indispensable member of our team.
This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating order from complexity, and takes pride in helping a creative business operate seamlessly. You will serve as a central support person to leadership, our design teams, purchasing, operations, and client-facing administrative functions.
The right person is equally comfortable managing details, solving problems, coordinating multiple moving parts, and helping create an exceptional experience for both our internal team and our high-end clientele.
Above all, we value someone who brings humility, professionalism, discretion, initiative, and a true team-first mentality—someone who takes genuine pride in supporting excellence.
