We are seeking a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to manage data tracking and reporting, support partner outreach, and assist with key agreement processes. This role works cross functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor performance metrics, maintain accurate records, and keep projects organized and on track.

Administrative Assistant Details:
- Contract position
- $ 22.00 to $ 27.00 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Track, verify, and manage program data including utility usage, scorecards, and compliance documentation
- Monitor key metrics such as energy, water, emissions, and agreement timelines
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure data integrity
- Manage shared inbox communications and respond to partner inquiries
- Conduct outreach to partners to drive engagement and program participation
- Assist with preparing, tracking, and processing agreements and extensions
- Create reports, dashboards, and summaries to support business decisions
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant administrative, program coordination, or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially for tracking and reporting
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
