QualificationLocation:
Torrance - Freight forwarding
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation
- Provide HR support, including assistance with onboarding, recordkeeping, and general administrative duties
- Coordinate export operations, including documentation and shipping arrangements
- Coordinate import operations, including customs-related paperwork and cargo tracking
- Communicate with clients, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
