Administrative Assistant
Our client, an esteemed educational institution specializing in experiential learning, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Curricular Administration Department supporting faculty members and students involved in simulation-focused courses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $27-$30/hr.
Shift: Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Curricular Administration and faculty members involved in experiential courses.
- Coordinate and organize academic events such as mock trials, competitions, workshops, symposia, and conferences.
- Manage the Standardized Client Program by hiring and scheduling actors for simulation-based courses.
- Support the Externship Program by coordinating field placements, tracking student hours and evaluations, and liaising with records and students.
- Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and ensure timely payments in collaboration with the Business & Finance office.
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with faculty, students, and external partners.
- Proficiency with computer applications and audio-visual equipment to support faculty activities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in administrative support roles is preferred but not required.
