This role involves completing RFAs, communicating with Claims Adjusters, and addressing inquiries from patients and providers.
Ideal candidates have a GED or higher, 1–2 years in healthcare/administrative support, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Cerner EMR experience is a plus.
