The compensation range for this position is $26.50 to $53.75 per flat-rate hour, which is a combination of hourly and bonus pay.

You review your repair orders, line up parts with the counter team, and dive into bumper‑to‑bumper work—from routine maintenance to advanced drivability diagnostics. Throughout the day, you keep customers’ trust by documenting findings clearly, performing multi-point inspections, and communicating next steps through your advisor partner.
you’ll do
- Execute repairs and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
- Coordinate closely with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and customer communication.
- Diagnose concerns and complete authorized repairs.
- Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services that protect safety and reliability.
- Document all work on the repair order thoroughly.
- Maintain your personal toolkit; use and care for shop special tools appropriately.
- Stay current on factory bulletins and participate in OEM training.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Automotive technical training (varies by store needs)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills
- Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record
