Senior Diagnostic Automotive Technician — Vehicle Systems

The compensation range for this position is $26.50 to $53.75 per flat-rate hour, which is a combination of hourly and bonus pay.

• Execute repairs and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
• Coordinate closely with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and customer communication.
• Diagnose concerns and complete authorized repairs.
• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services that protect safety and reliability.
• Document all work on the repair order thoroughly.
• Maintain your personal toolkit; use and care for shop special tools appropriately.
• Stay current on factory bulletins and participate in OEM training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Automotive technical training (varies by store needs)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record
