Dir - Business Office

Responsibilities

The Business Office Director plans, organizes, supervises and directs the activities of the Hospital Business Office. This position is responsible for personnel, cashering, insurance, telephone communication, credit and collections, reception and billing assesses, analyzes and recommends strategies to achieve financial operating goals and objectives.

• High school graduate or equivalent required;
  College degree in business administration preferred.
• Practical experience in budgeting, staffing and cost management required.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of direct supervision of hospital management functions required.
• Medicare billing and third‑party collection experience required.
