Our Fortune 500 client in Torrance, CA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team.
Position Title:
Business Analyst
Location:
Hybrid - Torrance, CA 90503
Duration: 6+ months with high possibilities of extension
Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2
Must have skills:
- Requirement elicitation
- Business process analysis
- Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Documentation (scope, requirement traceability, test case creation, test result verification, etc.)
- Stakeholder management
Each must have skill requires 7+ years of experience. The required education for this position is a bachelors degree. The nice to have skills are:
Automotive industry knowledge, Data analysis and visualization, Basic SQL and program analysis skills.
Job description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
- Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
- Partner with IT teams to implement and test business solutions ensuring proper functionality.
