This role requires strong business acumen, financial analysis capabilities, and advanced computer proficiency to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a large corporate environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities.

Business Analyst Details:

• Contract position
• $ 27.50 / hour
• First Shift

Business financial acumen

• Budget review analysis, utilizing various reporting tools, to summarize and provide business fundamentals for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget activities.
• Provide valuable ad-hoc data analysis to leadership as needed.

Generate and maintain various inventory reports periodically and as requested- 15%

• Ability to set priorities and actively develop ways to improve reporting

Special Projects:
Work as part of the team in the development and support special projects.

• Research & resolve associate inquiries.
• Identify and request system improvements.
• Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements and issues

Update and maintain the Company Vehicle Administration website-5%

Handle incoming calls and correspondence from Associates-5%

Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Must have more than two (2) years of experience with a large company
• Customer Service Oriented
• Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Teamwork collaboration
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Advanced Microsoft Excel User
• Aptitude with AHM Mainframe / CICS system
