Job SummaryThe Master Integrated Scheduler is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complex defense and commercial programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity, drive risk-informed decision-making, and support compliance with government and customer scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in critical path methodology, strong technical understanding of technology driven programs, strong manufacturing understanding in a rapid prototyping and production environment, and schedule risk analysis within a mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities- Develop, baseline, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple concurrent programs using Microsoft Project, ensuring logical network integrity, critical path visibility and risk management planning.
- Support the integration of cost and schedule data that feeds COGS, ETC and EAC reporting, including variance analysis.
- Facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (I ), monthly Program Management Reviews (PMR), and internal schedule analysis and deconfliction reviews.
- Partner with functional leads to translate the project scope and Statement of Work (SOW) into fully networked schedules.
- Track and communicate critical path, near-critical path, and schedule margin to program leadership;

* * risks and recommend recovery or mitigation plans. - Support proposal development with basis-of-estimate schedules, rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) durations, and What-If scenario modeling.
- Maintain schedule data in compliance with company procedures, customer contract requirements (e.g., DFARS, CDRLs such as the Integrated Master Schedule/IMP.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and training across the Program Management Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree).
- 12+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Analyst, ideally within aerospace, defense, or another regulated program environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, including resource loading, baselining, and schedule logic development.
- Experience developing and maintaining WBS-aligned schedules tied to contractual SOW/CDRL requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex schedule risk to technical and executive audiences.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Advanced Competency in MS project and Smartsheet scheduling applications
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and EVMS/ANSI-748 guidelines.
- Understanding and experience with DCMA 14-Point Assessment including ability to identify and remediate constraints, dangling activities, negative float, and missing logic ties.
- Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify schedule confidence levels and inform critical decisions.
- Certification such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), PMP, or EVP (Earned Value Professional).
- Prior experience in a role supporting IBRs, PMRs, or customer-facing program reviews on DoD or intelligence community contracts.
Physical Requirements
