About the Role

As the Product Manager – Americas, you will own and champion assigned product categories across the U.S. and Canada. Acting as the regional product expert, you’ll combine consumer insights, market intelligence, retailer feedback, and competitive analysis to influence product strategy, support successful product launches, and drive commercial growth.

Working cross-functionally with Global Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, Marketing, Test Kitchen, and Retail partners, you’ll help shape the future of our product portfolio while ensuring products meet the needs of the North American consumer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product strategy and category management for assigned product lines.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Global Product teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Gather retailer and consumer feedback to support new product development.
  • Collaborate with Test Kitchen teams to validate products for the North American market.
  • Support packaging localization and ensure product messaging is market-relevant.
  • Review digital product content and marketing materials for accuracy.
  • Develop product presentations and sales materials for retailer sell-in.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to execute successful product launches.
  • Present new products and category strategies to key retail customers.
  • Support pricing, forecasting, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Deliver product training for internal teams, sales partners, brand ambassadors, and retail associates.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and use consumer and market data to drive product improvements and category growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management, category management, or commercial experience within the coffee industry,including coffee equipment, espresso machines, coffee grinders, or related coffee products.
  • Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee industry, brewing methods, espresso preparation, and coffee consumers.
  • Experience launching consumer products in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to travel domestically for retailer meetings, product launches, and training events.
