Asa Bid Coordinator ,youwillberesponsibleformaintainingdatabaseinformationforourupcomingscheduleofwork.

Preconstruction

Executives’teamsinjobsetupandsubcontractoroutreach/retention.

Responsibleforsourcingnewsubcontractorsforallnecessarytrades.

• Work with each Preconstruction team, assisting with all facets of the bidding process.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining the subcontractor outreach software for each project.
• Assist with subcontractor phone calls, texts and emails for bidding purposes.
• Compile and update a unit cost database.
• Facilitate transition of projects from Preconstruction to Project Management.

• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem- solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong research ability, organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with estimating or bid coordination with a subcontractor or general contractor preferred.
