Construction Superintendent

Job Summary

Lead field operations on fast-turn TI and rollout projects for nationally recognized retail and commercial clients.

Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year

We are a national general contractor specializing in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and program management with integrated design and survey services.

Projects span retail, restaurant, banking, and corporate environments with a focus on repeat client programs and multi-location work.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
• Experience leading TI, remodel, or fast-track interior projects
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and schedules across multiple projects
• Experience with retail or restaurant construction is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
