This firm provides full-service estimating, preconstruction, and program management tied to commercial construction, architecture, and facility survey services. They support national clients with repeat pricing, budgeting, and rollout execution across multiple markets.

• Steady pipeline of similar, repeatable work (not constant one-off bids)
• Exposure to national accounts and program-level estimating
• Opportunity to work closely with preconstruction and operations teams
• Fast decision-making environment without heavy bureaucracy

• 3–8 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC
• Experience estimating TI, interiors, retail, or quick-turn projects
• Ability to manage multiple estimates at once with accuracy and speed
• Comfort working with conceptual budgets as well as hard bids
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor pricing and scope leveling
