Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Coordinator with an upbeat personality and a passion for storytelling. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives on engaging with commercial architects, designers, clients, and installers to craft compelling narratives about our products and projects. The Content Coordinator will develop content targeted at commercial architects across various project types, from corporate offices to hospitality spaces.

This role requires up to 50% travel, and visiting project sites to coordinate videography, photography, and interviews. You’ll be at the forefront of documenting our work, collaborating with industry professionals, and bringing The Splash Lab’s brand to life through insightful, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development:
    Create and manage content tailored to architects, including case studies, interviews, blog posts, social media, and video scripts.
  • Storytelling & Interviews:
    Conduct in-depth interviews with architects, clients, end-users, and installers to capture real-world insights and success stories.
  • On-Site Coordination:
    Travel to project locations to oversee filming, photography, and content capture, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that showcase The Splash Lab’s expertise in washroom design.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency:
    Maintain The Splash Lab’s tone of voice across all content, ensuring messaging aligns with our refined, authoritative, and innovative brand identity.
  • Content Strategy:
    Assist in developing content plans that align with industry trends and architect needs, helping position The Splash Lab as a thought leader.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in Content Creation: 2+ years in content writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field (experience in commercial architecture, design, or construction industries is a plus).
  • Strong Communication & Interviewing

    Skills:

    Comfortable conducting interviews with industry professionals and crafting engaging narratives.
  • Project Management:
    Ability to plan and coordinate on-site visits, working with videographers, photographers, and other stakeholders.
  • Travel Readiness:
    Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, interviews, and content creation.
  • Digital & Social Media Savvy:
    Experience managing content for websites, blogs, Linked In, and other professional platforms.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    Basic knowledge of photography and videography best practices (experience with content production tools is a plus).
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop impactful content.
