Position: Call Center Representative at Get It - Marketing Torrance, CA

Call Center Representative (Full-Time) – Torrance, CA

We’re looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to join our team in Torrance, California. This is an on‑site position (not remote), with shifts from Thursday to Sunday, including closing shifts. Schedule
  • Thursday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Friday: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers inquiring about our products.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service, helping callers with product questions and order placement.
  • Educate customers about our products and promotions aired on television.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate data entry while assisting customers.
  • Handle occasional downtime between calls.
