A rapidly growing global company in the finance industry is seeking a Japanese bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their expanding team. • Provide exceptional customer service to business clients in both English and Japanese.
• Assist managers with client communication, documentation, proposals, research, and vendor coordination.
• Process account-related requests, such as adjustments, invoicing, and documentation.
• Support client renewals, new account setups, and competitive bids in collaboration with the client support team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop industry knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by being proactive and detail-oriented.

• Bilingual in Japanese and English - business-level proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
