Requirements & Qualifications- Current Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on orthodontic experience
- Proficiency with traditional bracket systems
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic appliances
- Experience with clear aligner systems (Invisalign or similar)
- Familiarity with iTero scanner and other modern orthodontic technologies
- Excellent customer service, communication, and chairside manner
- Dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation for travel between offices
- Positive, supportive, and fun team environment
