Our client is seeking an experienced Job Captain to join their Torrance office.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex Healthcare (HCAI) and Veterans Affairs (VA) projects while collaborating with an experienced project team.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawing sets and consultant coordination.
- Support Project Architects and Project Managers through all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements.
- 5+ years of architectural experience.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency is required.
- Experience with construction documents and consultant coordination.
- VA (Veterans Affairs) project experience is highly preferred.
- HCAI/OSHPD healthcare experience is a strong plus.
- Revit experience is beneficial but AutoCAD proficiency is the primary requirement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
