Role Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Vocal Coach for a part-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA. The Vocal Coach will work with students of varying ages, providing instruction in vocal techniques, performance coaching, and fostering a love for music. Daily tasks include conducting vocal training sessions, teaching basics of music theory, guiding students in effective singing and performance techniques, and incorporating piano as a complementary tool for voice development.

You will also participate in creating engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to each student's unique strengths and goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Vocal Coaching, Singing, and Music
  • Knowledge of Music Theory and Piano to support student development
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and empowering learning environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners
  • Experience in group lessons, workshops, or other collaborative teaching settings, is a plus
  • Formal education or professional credentials in music, voice, or a related field, are highly desirable
