Key Responsibilities Design and develop online courses and instructional materials adhering to Quality Matters standards Provide project management for multiple course development projects, including needs assessments and curriculum creation Support faculty in adopting effective instructional practices and facilitate training on digital tools
Required Qualifications Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree and four years of experience Experience in instructional design and online curriculum development Proficiency in instructional design models and adult learning theory
Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organizational skills
