A growing drone technology company in California is seeking a dedicated Flight Test Pilot to conduct functional testing and quality control for unmanned aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of drone pilot experience and 300 hours of verifiable commercial experience. Responsibilities include operating UAS platforms, performing quality control flights, and documenting test results. Competitive compensation of $26.50 - $43 per hour, plus equity package and bonuses, is offered for this hybrid role.
