Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbo machinery design and analysis strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics
- Provide expert technical guidance on turbo machinery design and analysis principles
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
- Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to bring innovation to turbo machinery engineering initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in turbo machinery design and analysis
- Strong knowledge of turbo machinery design principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience with advanced engineering analysis methods such as CFD analysis and finite element analysis
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Experience with turbo machinery design and analysis software
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills to oversee complex turbo machinery engineering initiatives
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying at the forefront of industry advancements
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation
The annual base salary range for this position is $109,000- $136,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
