• Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbo machinery design and analysis strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics
• Provide expert technical guidance on turbo machinery design and analysis principles
• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
• Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to bring innovation to turbo machinery engineering initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in turbo machinery design and analysis
• Strong knowledge of turbo machinery design principles, tools, and techniques
• Experience with advanced engineering analysis methods such as CFD analysis and finite element analysis

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
• Experience with turbo machinery design and analysis software
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills to oversee complex turbo machinery engineering initiatives
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying at the forefront of industry advancements
• Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation

The annual base salary range for this position is $109,000- $136,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
