Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) measurement and design
. This role requires strong hands‑on experience in RF testing, system integration, and performance validation across complex environments.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering background and extensive experience designing, measuring, and validating RF systems. Senior‑level telecom professionals may be considered if they bring substantial RF measurement and testing experience beyond traditional telecom infrastructure environments.

• Lead RF system design, integration, and validation efforts.
• Perform RF measurements, testing, and performance analysis across complex systems.
• Develop and validate RF architectures, subsystems, and components.
• Utilize RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, etc.) to measure and troubleshoot system performance.
• Support system‑level design reviews and technical decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure system performance, compliance, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders on high‑level technical discussions as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (strongly preferred).
• Mechanical Engineering background may be considered depending on depth of RF experience.
• Extensive experience in RF measurement and RF system design (must‑have).
• Proven experience in measuring, testing, and validating RF systems in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals including signal integrity, propagation, impedance matching, and system‑level performance.
• Experience working with RF test and measurement equipment.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot RF system performance issues.

• Senior telecom background with significant hands‑on RF measurement and testing experience beyond traditional telecom infrastructure.
• Experience working in aerospace, defense, satellite, or advanced wireless systems environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience.

• Deep subject matter expertise in RF systems.
• Highly analytical with strong troubleshooting capability.
• Comfortable working in advanced testing environments.
• Senior‑level professional capable of operating independently and leading complex initiatives.
