Job Description: The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for comprehensive management of our multi‑building headquarters. The position will drive infrastructure development projects, identify gaps in current infrastructure, and build a roadmap to upgrade to modern standards. The role will play a key part in our sustainability journey by adopting green initiatives while achieving company objectives with respect to security, uptime, and associate engagement.

** In this role, you will have the opportunity to:**

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all facilities, including labs, clean rooms, and office spaces.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for facility services, equipment, and utilities.
• Plan and execute facility upgrades, expansions, and relocations to support business growth.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital projects and operational expenses.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing facilities in a life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP or GxP compliance and EHS standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex systems (HVAC, clean rooms, utilities) and facility projects.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to climb ladders or use lifting equipment to access infrastructure equipment on roofs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Designing and leading projects related to the construction of chemical laboratories.
• Negotiating and managing vendor contracts related to facilities maintenance.

Salary Range: $124,000 - $150,000. This range may be modified in the future.
