The Head of Quality – Space Hardware will own quality across flight hardware programmes, setting the standard for how systems are built, tested and released. This role sits on the critical path between engineering, production and launch.

• Defining quality strategy across flight hardware development and production
• Building quality systems that enable speed without compromising reliability
• Leading cross functional execution across engineering manufacturing and supply chain
• Driving fast resolution of non conformance and failure modes
• Setting inspection, validation and compliance standards for flight hardware

• A degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in New Space or fast paced hardware startups
• Background in build reliability, launch reliability or production quality
• Proven ability to scale AS9100 aligned quality systems
• Strong leadership across engineering production and test environments
