Senior Data Scientist / Data Engineer (AWS + AI)

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS data ecosystem and emerging AI technologies
. This role combines data engineering, distributed processing, and Agentic AI innovation to build scalable, high-performance data solutions.

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows on AWS
• Develop scalable data solutions using Spark, AWS Glue, EMR, and Redshift
• Lead data modeling, performance tuning, and warehouse optimization initiatives
• Build and manage high-performance ETL pipelines into Amazon Redshift
• Implement workflow orchestration using Airflow, Step Functions, and Lambda
• Work on next-gen AI solutions leveraging Agentic AI frameworks (A2A, MCP, Lang Graph, Claude, Kiro)
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Git Hub Copilot) to accelerate engineering productivity
• Enable reporting and analytics through strong data warehousing design (star/snowflake schemas)

• 8+ years in data warehousing / data engineering
  , with 4+ years in AWS ecosystem
• Hands-on with Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Expertise in Amazon Redshift (performance tuning, schema design, workload management)
• Experience in ETL pipeline development and optimization
• Knowledge of data modeling & dimensional design concepts
• Familiarity with Iceberg tables (preferred)
• Experience with Airflow, AWS Step Functions, and Lambda orchestration
• Exposure to Agentic AI & modern AI/ML frameworks

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology
