As a Lead Advanced P.E. at Honeywell, you will shape and drive the turbo machinery engineering strategy across our organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing and implementing best practices for turbo machinery design and analysis, and you will provide expert technical guidance to cross‑functional teams. You will lead advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability, and identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish project goals and metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. With a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and advancements, you will bring innovation and a competitive edge to our turbo machinery engineering initiatives.

You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbo machinery design and analysis strategies
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics
  • Provide expert technical guidance on turbo machinery design and analysis principles
  • Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
  • Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to bring innovation to turbo machinery engineering initiatives
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
  • Experience in turbo machinery design and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of turbo machinery design principles, tools, and techniques
  • Experience with advanced engineering analysis methods such as CFD analysis and finite element analysis

The annual base salary range for this position is . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
