We are seeking a Director of Electrical & Hardware Engineering to lead the development of specialized fiber optic, networking, and communications technologies serving highly regulated industries, including aerospace, medical, and industrial markets. This leadership role is responsible for managing engineering teams, driving product innovation, and overseeing the design and development of electrical and embedded hardware systems from concept through production.

Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Electrical and Embedded Hardware Engineering teams.
- Drive engineering strategy and new product development initiatives.
- Oversee the design, testing, and validation of electrical and embedded hardware systems.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to bring products to market.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and technical execution.
- Ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of electrical/electronic hardware engineering experience, including leadership of engineering teams.
- Strong background in embedded hardware, fiber optic technologies, networking, and product development.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Electrical Engineering expertise.
- Strong background in embedded hardware and fiber optic technologies.
- Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace and medical.
- Cross‑functional team leadership.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000–$225,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
