Claros is seeking a Principal Product and Test Engineer to lead hardware platforms from validated prototypes to scalable, production-ready products. You will own the path from lab to fab, including qualification, manufacturability, integration, and deployment, collaborating across teams to drive programs from pilot to volume rollout.
Responsibilities include leading NPI across IVR and Power hardware, DFx coordination, and establishing handoff processes to manufacturing.
