Northwood leads the creation of an in‑house SMT and PCB assembly capability in Torrance, CA. The role oversees process development, equipment selection, and cross‑functional collaboration with EE, manufacturing, and supply chain to build a scalable production footprint.
The Lead SMT Process Engineer will drive ramp readiness for new products, establish standards, and mentor engineers and technicians, all while maintaining high quality and reliability of PCBA operations.
