Senior Mechanical Engineer sought for a fast-growth and highly successful sustainability startup based in Los Angeles. This is an incredibly exciting time to join a scaling business who do "for good" with a really talented team (former NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, Anduril etc). They use aerospade grade technology and innovation to support with humanatarian aid, disaster relief, climate change and many other use cases.

We're looking for Mechanical Engineers to own aand build the core mechanical systems behind the product, from early concepts to production s is a high ownership role for those who enjoy designing, testing, breaking and shipping hardware. As a Mechanical Engineer you will own major mechanical subsystems as well as drive tradeoffs across performance, reliability and manufacturing.

We are looking for:

• BS degree in Mech Eng or a technical/related field (bonus)
• 5+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer, propulsion engineer, responsible engineer or design engineer
• Background in designing and shipping mechanical or electromechanical hardware
• Strong CAD and FEA skills applied to real desisns
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making tradeoffs
• Bonus points for knowledge of vessels, pups, fluid systems or fluid mechanics

This role is offering between $140-170K + equity and many other benefits
