Hadrian is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to own the operational engine of the DFM function. You will lead a growing team of engineers, design the workflow, run the queues, and quantify throughput to move quoting faster and more reliably at high volume.
You will partner across Sales, Supply Chain, Applications Engineering, and software teams as Hadrian scales to multiple factories, balancing load and upholding standards while growing the team and its capabilities.
