Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Design the mechanical components of the system, focusing on pumps, valves, and pressure vessel. Build components that are reliable, efficient, and designed for diverse environments and use cases.

Own consumer hardware from conceptual design through high‑volume production and public launch.

Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, and drive system‑level optimization.

Test and iterate on products to ensure high reliability and performance in all environments and use cases.

Design and develop production lines for manufacturing your product, including robot end effector design, process development, control system design, automation programming, and more.

Refine production systems to achieve high‑rate, high‑yield, and reliable manufacturing processes.

Establish an efficient product lifecycle, from supply chain to final integration, balancing cost, complexity, and quality.

Collaborate with partner teams to design and implement efficient in‑house production lines.

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

Proficiency in CAD and FEA software packages.

1+ years of professional experience in mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing.

Experience in high‑volume manufacturing or consumer hardware production.

Knowledge of pumps, valves or other mechanical components.

Knowledge of automation programming and process development.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and drive projects to completion.

Hands on work on development hardware.

Long periods of standing, crouching, walking.

Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Work on high‑impact problems with global relevance.

Location Requirement:
Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered).
