Sitreps in Torrance, CA (or Rio Rancho, NM) seeks a Senior Tooling Engineer to own tooling for high‑rate aerospace hardware. Base salary range $140,000–$230,000 with equity, full medical, vision and dental, and four weeks PTO; relocation assistance available.
You will design tooling assemblies, run FEA, and lead projects from concept to production, mentoring teammates while ensuring AS9100/NADCAP compliance in a defense manufacturing setting.
