Associate Test Engineer

Hands-on electronics testing role in a lab environment. You'll test, troubleshoot, and validate electronic hardware while working closely with electrical, software, and mechanical engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Test and troubleshoot PCBs and electronic hardware
• Run verification & validation (V&V) and automated tests
• Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment
• Analyze test results and identify root causes
• Document findings and support product development
• Help maintain lab equipment and test setups

What You'll Bring

• Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic hardware
• Ability to read basic schematics
• Familiarity with common electrical test equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Python or test automation experience
• Network testing (Ethernet/Fiber)
• Soldering and PCB rework experience

Work Environment

• Primarily onsite electronics lab
• Flexible schedule with core hours of 10 AM to 3 PM
• Collaborative, cross-functional engineering team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $68.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
