Arc is seeking a Senior Battery Mechanical Engineer to own the mechanical design of our battery packs for demanding marine applications. You will lead pack architecture, enclosure, and packaging design across product lines, and translate concepts into robust, manufacturable hardware.
You will work closely with electrical engineering, perform FEA and thermal analyses, design cooling systems, participate in sea trials, and help scale production while maintaining safety and energy density.
