Lead the mechanical design of battery packs, including architecture, enclosures, and thermal management systems. Perform structural analysis and collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate cells, busbars, and BMS into vessel hulls.
RequirementsRequires 6+ years of mechanical engineering experience with at least 3 years specifically in battery pack design from concept to production. Proficiency in CAD (NX), FEA, and a strong understanding of high voltage battery safety and manufacturing is essential.
